I didn’t come to coffee by chance.
I come from the origin and from the journey.

I’ve traveled, tasted, and worked close to where coffee is grown, learning what really matters when the process is quiet and decisions are made carefully. This is a trade built on timing, trust, and knowing when to move and when to wait.

I work with specialty coffee from Colombia, selected for its character and handled with precision from origin to delivery. Sometimes that means green coffee for those who want to explore it themselves. Sometimes it means roasted coffee, ready to be brewed and enjoyed. The approach is the same.

I don’t chase volume or trends.
I focus on clean processes, thoughtful selection, and doing things properly.

This isn’t coincidence.

HOW IT WORKS

THE SOURCE

Everything begins with a small, trusted network in Colombia. Coffee cherries are harvested by hand at peak ripeness, following the rhythms of the land and the season. Each lot is chosen for clarity, structure, and character, not for volume. Selection starts at origin, where decisions are made quietly and with intention. What doesn’t meet the standard doesn’t move forward.

THE SELECTION

Once selected, each coffee is prepared to be offered in different formats, without altering its identity. Most lots are available as green coffee, preserved carefully for those who want to explore and develop them on their own. Those same coffees can also be roasted to order, in small, independent batches, developed individually to express their natural profile with balance and clarity. Same coffee. Same standard. Different ways to experience it.

THE HANDLING

Whether green or roasted, coffee is handled with restraint and precision. Storage, resting, and packaging are designed to protect freshness, integrity, and potential, without overprocessing or unnecessary intervention. Every step is intentional, ensuring the coffee leaves in the best possible condition for its next stage.

THE DELIVERY

Orders are dispatched cleanly and efficiently, timed to preserve quality and character. Each shipment reflects the same standard applied from the very beginning. What arrives is coffee that has been selected, handled, and released deliberately, with nothing added and nothing rushed.
