These lots originate from selected green inventory and are developed through defined roast profiles designed to reveal structure, clarity and balance. Each roast is documented, ensuring traceability from origin to final cup.

Unlike green coffee, roasted coffee represents a finalized interpretation — a calibrated expression where variables are reduced and flavor direction becomes intentional and consistent.

Small roasting cycles allow freshness control while preserving the identity of each lot.
